We deliver to partner clinics, pharmacies and distributors across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, and 2–5 business days elsewhere.

Delivery terms are agreed with your account manager as part of your professional account.

Because our products are medical and skincare items, we can only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Opened or used products cannot be returned, for the safety of all customers.

All products are stored under manufacturer-specified conditions and sourced directly from brand principals. Every delivery includes original, traceable stock.
